Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Campaign
“Create the Buzz with RIDDARA – Share the Excitement and Win Rewards up to 30,000 THB”

  1. Objective
    This campaign is organized to establish clear guidelines and standards for the operation and management of KOLs and KOCs, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and practical implementation.

  2. Activity Duration
    This campaign guideline applies to the operational and management process of KOLs and KOCs, effective from October 19, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

  3. Eligibility Criteria
    Participants must be KOLs or KOCs who are either vehicle owners or industry professionals with strong confidence and recognition in the brand and its products. They must be capable of sharing positive user experiences and opinions through both public and private platforms, under the following specific criteria:

3.1 Strong Brand Affinity:
Must be a RIDDARA vehicle owner who confidently trusts and recognizes the brand and is willing to recommend RIDDARA vehicles to others.

3.2 Active Participation in Activities:
Shows genuine interest and regularly participates in company-hosted events such as product launches, car owner clubs, or other brand-related events.

3.3 Product Insight:
Capable of providing constructive feedback on both strengths and areas for improvement of the product, as well as offering helpful advice or responses to other vehicle owners' inquiries.

  1. Qualifications for KOL/KOC Registration

4.1 KOL (Key Opinion Leader):
An industry expert with at least 10,000 followers on a single public platform (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), who regularly shares related content and has completed official partnership registration with GEELY RIDDARA.

4.2 KOC (Key Opinion Consumer):
A RIDDARA car owner with 1 to 1,000 followers on a public platform, who shares positive brand image and product-related content via social media.

  1. Management Model and Support System
    KOLs and KOCs will be managed based on performance tiers, with financial support provided according to the defined structure.

5.1 KOL/KOC levels are divided into six tiers, with specific evaluation criteria and participation requirements.

  1. Reward Disbursement
    For both KOLs and KOCs, execution of the 2025 collaboration agreement will be based on actual deliverables. The collaboration period must not extend beyond December 31, 2025.

  • KOCs must submit all required content for the previous month by the 15th of each month.

  • Once a valid VAT invoice is received, RIDDARA will proceed with payment as per the agreed terms.

  1. Governance
    This campaign guideline is proposed by the User Operations Department of RIDDARA, and drafted by RIDDARA THAILAND. Final interpretation and decisions regarding this guideline are the sole responsibility of RIDDARA's User Operations Department.
