1.Conditions for booking and paid a deposit to purchase the RIDDARA RD6 car to receive special offers under the RIDDARA Campaign  

  • The person who undertakes a RIDDARA RD6 buying/leasing transaction from Riddara Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“RIDDAR” or “Company”) must be an individual, who aged 20 years or more on the date of booking, or a juristic person and must complete the information as required by company. If the reservation is not completed, it shall be deemed to have waived the right.
  • After registered successfully, the customer must make a deposit paid to RIDDARA DEALER If the deposit is not paid within the specified period will be deemed to have waived the reservation.
  • Deposit to receive special offers, the RIDDARA campaign, book and receive vehicle duringOctober 1-31, 2025
  • The privileges from this campaign are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Participation in this campaign, you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.

 

2. Cancellation of the reservation by the reserved person

If reserved person wants to cancel the reservation and withdraw the depositthe reserved person can cancel a confirmed booking by contact RIDDARA DEALER, the company reserves the right to refund in the following cases only:

  1. The company adjusts the price of the car higher.
  2. The company cannot deliver the car to the booking person within the period specified in the car reservation contract.
  3. The company cannot deliver the correct vehicle according to the details specified in the car reservation contract.
  4. The company cannot deliver a vehicle with a free and/or purchased accessories item, including other benefits. as specified in the car reservation contract
  5. The reserved person must apply for a car loan from a financial institution. And if the booking is not approved for the loan as requested within the car delivery deadline. Upon termination of the above-mentioned contract, the company shall refund the full amount of the deposit or property of the reserved person within 15 days from the date of termination of the contract. However, the booking may not exercise the right to terminate the contract. by agreeing to agree with the booking person otherwise in writing

     

    3. Cancellation of reservation by RIDDARA

     

    4. Limitation of Liability

    The Company would like to inform you that the Company will not be liable for any damage, loss or other expense or indemnity: 

    1. based on the information you have provided to us; that we cannot foresee that you may encounter difficulties or difficulties if we cancel your reservation; or 
    2. in connection with claims of financial loss.
  • The company may cancel your reservation in exceptional cases such as Force Majeure, the company will notify you as soon as possible. However, the company will not compensate for any expenses or losses incurred from such cancellation.
  • For the purposes of this section, force majeure is any event that cannot be foreseeable or avoided with the utmost vigilance of which constitute the reason why  the company cannot provide you a vehicle including but not limited to war, terrorism and the impact or danger caused by the activities such a riot, Actions of any government or national authority Industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological disasters, Hazards from weather, sea, ice and rivers and other similar events beyond our control.

     

 

5. Modification of the RIDDARA campaign to buy RIDDARA RD6. Other conditions are as determined by Riddara Automobile (Thailand) Company Limited. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Campaign with prior notice.
