In celebration of the New Year, RIDDARA launches the “Geely RIDDARA New Energy Pickup Popularization Campaign”, encouraging customers to upgrade or trade in fuel-powered pickup trucks for RIDDARA new energy pickup models.
Customers who upgrade or replace internal combustion engine (ICE) pickup trucks are eligible for cash incentives of up to 150,000 THB, subject to campaign terms and conditions.
For customers who placed orders during previous auto show campaigns but have not yet received vehicle delivery, vehicles delivered during January–February 2026 may choose to retain the original booking policy, in order to avoid disputes.

- Booking Conditions to Receive Special Offers
●The customer must be an individual aged 20+ or a registered juristic person, and must provide complete and accurate information.
Incomplete reservations will be considered void.
●After successful registration, customers must pay the deposit to an authorized RIDDARA Dealer within the required timeframe.
Failure to pay the deposit invalidates the reservation.
●To receive campaign benefits, customers must book in the 2025 Motor Expo and delivery within December 2025.
●Campaign benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Participation in this campaign signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
- Reservation Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel through a RIDDARA Dealer. Deposit refunds are permitted only under the following conditions:
1.The Company increases the vehicle price.
2.The Company cannot deliver the vehicle within the agreed timeframe.
3.The Company cannot deliver the correct model/specification.
4.The Company cannot provide agreed complimentary or purchased accessories/benefits.
The customer applies for financing but the loan is not approved within the delivery deadline.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of contract termination.
Exceptions may be made if both parties agree otherwise in writing.
- Reservation Cancellation by RIDDARA
RIDDARA may cancel reservations due to force majeure, including but not limited to:
war, terrorism, riots, government orders, industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, biological/chemical hazards, and extreme weather.
RIDDARA will provide notice as soon as possible.
No compensation will be provided for losses related to force majeure.
- Limitation of Liability
RIDDARA shall not be liable for:
1). damages arising from customer-provided information, or
2). claims related to financial loss.
- Modification of Campaign Terms
Riddara Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change campaign terms and conditions with prior notice.
